Bad neighbor? - i am out of the country apology letter

I am one of the neighbors with barking dogs. We just happened "country" neighborhorood. I think my dog has not adjusted, as we have done it. Our new neighbor yesterday who did not even know, and said there was a problem with our dog barking barking because he couldnt the whole night. (go out at night, and I do not know.) also said that if you leave the house, the dog barks at everything. He said (not just annoying, and all other neighbors, he said.) I feel bad because I know he did not bark, and now I feel like all my neighbors hate me and I will be I havent even met, or have a month here lived! What should I do? Letters of apology? If so, what can I say .. I and the other neighbors?
